The project was done as part of freelance work and involved design, development, and implementation of bespoke software application for a logistic management, following industry standards and client needs. As part of the work process, I have gathered and defined requirements before setting up a project plan. During the completion of the project, I have tested the software kin order to identify issues and make necessary modifications to reach client satisfaction. Following the completion of the project, I have adjusted design parameters to boost performance and incorporate new features.
The software provides an option to store furniture’s sorted within different categories, including custom dimensions, to set a client’s order details. For each order can be added furniture from the existing data or to add new pieces of furniture with custom dimensions, calculating total items, total weight, total CuFt and percentages based on van dimensions. The software speed generating client’s offers and invoices, saving time spend within administrative tasks. As addition weekly planner was added to provide easy access to orders.
